基于FLUENT对涡街流量传感器流场仿真及特性研究

摘    要:运用FLUENT数值仿真软件成功的模拟出流体流经涡街流量传感器时所产生的卡门涡街现象.通过将仿真得到的涡街脱落频率与实验结果比较,两者之间的最大误差不超过10%,表明了FLUENT用于涡街流量传感器流场仿真,进而对传感器进行改进和优化的可行性.基于仿真结果与实验的比较,利用FLUENT数值仿真得到了目前最常用的梯形旋涡发生体后的最佳取压位置为距发生体尾部2.8倍的截流面宽度处,并将梯形发生体与T形发生体进行了对比研究,研究表明T形发生体产生的旋涡信号要优于梯形发生体.

Abstract:It is presented how to successfully simulate the phenomenon of Karman vortex street when fluid passes by vortex flowmeter by using FLUENT software. By comparing the frequency of vortex generating body with test data, the error is less than 10%. It shows that this is a good method to improve and optimize the vortex flowmeter by FLUENT software. Based on simulation and test, the optimal pressure tapping position was determined for 2.8 times of cut-off face after vortex generating body. It is approved that vortex generating body for the shape of T is better than the shape of trapezoid.
