摘    要:变刚度系数是板带连轧机厚度自动控制系统中一个重要的参数。通过对变刚度厚度控制原理和控制模型的研究,辅助于必要的仿真手段,研究了不同的变刚度系数对消除入口厚度偏差、轧制力扰动以及轧辊偏心等三种情况的影响。最后,综合考虑三种控制效果,对变刚度系数的合理取值作了定量的研究和分析。

Abstract:Mill modulus control(MMC)is one of important methods in the automatic gauge control(AGC)systems of strip rolling mills.Related control theories and models were studied deeply.The ability to eliminate strip undulation,rolling force noise and roller eccentricity disturbances were simulated respectively with virtual mill's modulus.As a result,how to get a better control effect was analyzed and confirmed in reason based on considering three control effects.
