大口径平背形主镜轻量化结构优化设计方法

摘    要:将参数优化与拓扑优化设计方法应用到采用背部支撑方式的大口径平背形反射镜中,提出了一种理论性强、效率高的新型轻量化设计方法。利用ANSYS参数优化设计,确定了主镜最佳背部支撑位置;再利用OPTISTRUCT变密度法拓扑优化设计,获取了主镜拓扑结构形式,结合结构力学及灵敏度分析得到了满足镜面面型、结构刚度及轻量化率要求的最佳主反射镜轻量化结构。

Abstract:Using parameter optimization and topology optimization, a theoretical and highly efficient new lightweight design method was proposed for the Large-aperture primary mirror of flat rear surface with backside support. By means of parameter optimization of ANSYS, the optimal supporting position was gained. At last, the topological structure was obtained by using the software of OPTISTRUCT. Therefore, the optimum lightweight mirror was built satisfying the wave front error and the structural stiffness and the ratio of weight, considering structural mechanics and sensitivity analysis.
