摘    要:仿真是目前对港口集装箱码头装卸流程、工艺进行规划的有效手段,本文把虚拟现实技术、计算机仿真技术、机械设计技术相结合,以港口集装箱码头装卸系统为研究对象,利用虚拟现实仿真软件Multi-Gen,建立了包括岸桥、堆场集装箱龙门起重机、船舶、集装箱拖车以及集装箱等在内的三维场景,通过人机交互驱动仿真对象的动作,实现对港口集装箱装卸工艺流程的三维动态仿真,同时通过人机交互可实时调整各对象的机械和运动参数,达到装卸过程仿真可视化、参数化的目的。

Abstract:Simulation is an effective means when planning the operations of port container and the process of load and unload. Combining the techniques of visual reality,computer simulation and mechanism design,and studying the operations system of port container, we set up the 3D vision scene of the operations system of port container with Multi-Gen, a kind of virtual reality simulation software. The 3D vision scene includes container crane, container ship, container truck, etc. A digital simulation model to drive the motion of all the objects in the 3D vision scene is also set up. We finally finish simulating the operations of the port container with visualization and parameterization.
