钢锭轧前生产过程计算机仿真数学模型的建立

摘    要:基于描述钢锭不稳定导热的两维偏微分方程的相应的边界条件,本文研究开发了钢锭轧前生产过程计算机仿真培训系统的为数学模型,并进行仿真计算和试验验证。结果表明,模型能实时给出钢锭温度分布的动态响应,其精度满足仿真培训要求。

Abstract:Based on the two-dimension partial differential equations describing the unsteady state heat condition and the corresponding boundary conditions of heated slabs,this paper establishes the mathematical simulation models for slab reheating furnace and gives the computation results.The industrial experimental data show that the model precision is good enough to satisfy the training system's demands.
