摘    要:介绍了HTY-6座椅弹射工作过程及双态自动程控器工作原理.分析了稳定伞在低速条件下射出与否对弹射轨迹的影响,结果表明,稳定伞射出与否对弹射轨迹影响较小,但是缩短救生伞射出时间可以改低速条件下的救生性能.针对在中速区域可能存在开伞动载过大、超过救生伞最大允许开伞速度或延迟时间过长等问题,通过仿真,采用试算法,以最大开伞动载和最大允许开伞速度为指标,对中速区域的延迟时间进行优化.结果表明,优化后的延迟时间曲线能够满足救生伞最大开伞速度的要求,所得时间延迟曲线可应用于工程指导.

Abstract:The process of ejection and working principle of dual-state sequencer of HTY-6 ejection seat was proposed. The affection of drogue shoot out or not at low velocity condition to ejection trajectory was analyzed through simulation. The results show that the affection is small,however,shortens the delay time of shooting parachute can improve the escape system performance at this condition. To resolve the problem of open parachute load and allowable open parachute velocity or delay time beyond the limit,which is occurred possible at middle velocity condition,optimization was performed. The method was testing philosophies and goals function was parachute opening load limit and maximum permission open parachute velocity. The simulation results show that the optimization time can satisfy the requirement of open parachute velocity. The optimization delay time curve can be used to instruct engineering application.
