| 摘 要： | 随着信息网络化的发展，多媒体技术的日益进展，数字图像信息作为重要的信息之一，被愈来愈广泛的使用，因其数据量大，图像压缩技术显得越来越重要，本文介绍了当前几种最为广泛使用的压缩算法：JPEG，分形压缩和小波变换压缩，讨论了它们的优缺点及发展前景，然后简介了其它压缩算法，指出以模拟人眼视觉特性的极对数坐标映射为预处理的压缩算法是一种产生高压缩比的图像压缩算法，最后对 旬压缩算法进行了总结和展望。 |

| Abstract: | With the development of information network and multimedia technology, digital image, as a kind of the most important media, is used much widely. Image compression becomes more and more important for great deal of data. In this paper, some most popular compression algorithms: JPEG, Fractal compression and Wavelet compression are introduced, the advantages, disadvantages and developments of these algorithms are discussed, and some other compression algorithms are mentioned. Then an algorithm is indicated that using Polar-Log coordinate mapping as a preprocessor, which simulates the characteristic of human visual, a higher compression rate can be obtained. Finally, the conclusions and expectations of image compression algorithms are given. |
