摘    要:传统的三自由度平台设计是一个串行设计过程,基于物理样机的设计与验证过程制约了产品开发的周期和效率。为快速高效地实现由概念设计到样机设计,提出将虚拟现实技术与三自由度运动平台的运动学分析、动力学分析、结构设计相结合,构建一个可视化设计平台,作用于机械设计、虚拟装配、运动可视化仿真,以及系统的动力学特性分析。推导了三自由度运动平台的运动学解析模型,就平台实现的关键技术,包括XML信息集成、运动可视化、VRML文件生成、基于动态特性分析的模型检验等,进行了研究探讨。

Abstract:Conventional design of 3-DOF motion platform is a serial design,in which physical prototype-based design and verification bring about restrictions to the development period and efficiency.In order to realize rapidly and efficiently from the conceptual design to prototype design,it was proposed to combine VR with kinematic analysis,structure design and kinetic analysis so as to develop a visual design environment(VDE).In this VDE,some functions could be implemented including mechanical design,virtual assembly,motion visualization and kinetic analysis.And also the analytical kinematic model was derived.Some critical techniques,including XML based information integration,motion visualization,VRML file generation and kinetic model verification,were discussed.
