| 摘 要： | 提出了一种利用具有不同采样率的过程数据建立软测量模型的方法.本文采用主成分分析技术对过程数据降维,然后用降维后的数据训练神经网络,建立软测量模型.通过仿真证明,该软测量模型结构简单,获得了过程输出变量在非采样时刻的估计值.

| Abstract: | This article proposes a method to build soft sensor based on multi-rate data. Then, uses PCA to reduce the dimensions of process data, trains the neural network with that data, and establishes the soft sensor. The simulation shows that this model has a simple structure and can obtain estimated value of process variables at non-sample time. |
