| 摘 要： | 对非ＤＥＡ有效的决策单元，本文给出了一种方法，在诸输入不变的情况下，部分输出乘以同一的适当倍数或部分输入和部分输出分别乘以一个适当倍数，使其变为ＤＥＡ有效，且分析了保持原ＤＥＡ有效决策单元仍为ＤＥＡ有效的条件。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the method is given by providing one common appropriate multiple for some of the outputs(inputs),under the constant inputs(outputs) or respectively appropriate multiples for some of the inputs and outputs to make non effective decision making units effective for DEA (C 2R).The conditions to keep originally effective decision making units effective for DEA is also getted by the analysis. |
