摘    要:分析多种资源在多个项目间的最优分配问题,提出用两层决策方法建立该问题的数字模型。将遗传算法这种全局优化方法运用到最优解的搜索中,给出了具体的算法步骤。计算实例表明,本文建立的模型和提出的优化方法能有效地求解多种资源在多个项目间最优分配问题。

Abstract:In this paper a resource allocation problem, allocating multiple resources to several projects, is analyzed. A two level decision method is used to construct the mathematical model of this problem. A new global optimization method, genetic algorithm(GA), is introduced to search the optimal solution of the problem, and the process is also discussed in detail. The results of mathematical examples indicate that the mathematical model and the proposed optimization method can solve the problem of allocating multiple resources to several projects effectively.
