摘    要:系统最优与用户最优是交通分配中的两种均衡思想,代表着交通分配时的交通管理者与出行者两种不同的利益出发点.在分析系统最优与用户最优各自特点的基础上,提出引入博弈论协调二者之间的矛盾的思想,建立了交通管理者与出行者之间的博弈模型,并给出一种启发性的路网分配求解算法.在不同交通需求条件下分别设计用户最优、系统最优与用户最优协调、系统最优3种均衡思想下的一组试验,通过对实验结果的分析和比较,验证了系统最优与用户最优之间协调的博弈模型的可行性和有效性.

Abstract:In the process of traffic assignment, user equilibrium (UE) and system optimum (SO) are two equilibrium ideas that are on behalf of the traffic authority's and the users' different benefits. On the basis of analysis of UE and SO, game theory is applied to the coordination of the two incompatible ideas. A game theory model of the coordination between the traffic authority and the users is presented, and a heuristic algorithm is given to assign the traffic flow. A set of experiments are designed which base on UE, UE-SO coordination and SO ideas under different OD(origin destination) demands. At last through the analysis of these experimentation results, the feasibility and validity of the coordination model are demonstrated.
