考虑包含一个供应商和一个制造商的供应链系统．在提出一个新产品合作研发模型的基础上，通过对比两种非合作博弈和协同合作情况下，供应链系统及供应链中的制造商和供应商研发费用投入、合作补贴政策、利润的差异，阐明了在新产品研发过程中，制造商与供应商之间的协同合作不仅可以使供应链系统利润最优，而且还能形成双赢的局面，最后，采用Rubinstein讨价还价模型来分析系统剩余利润的分配问题，并获得了最优的可行帕累托有效合作新产品研发方案。

Cooperative R&D game models of manufacturer-supplier in supply chain

This paper discusses a supply chain system that contains one supplier and manufacturer. We put forward a cooperative new product R&D model. Under the conditions of two non_cooperative games and cooperation, we analyze the differences of R&D investments, co_op reimbursement policy, and profit between the manufacturer and the supplier in the entire system. The results demonstrate that the collaborative cooperation between the manufacturer and the supplier in the process of new product R&D can not only cause the entirely optimal profit of supply chain, but also form the win_win situation. Utilizing the Rubinstein bargaining model, we discuss how to distribute the system profit remained and obtain the best feasible Pareto efficient co_op new product R&D project.
