| 摘 要： | 分析了黑龙江省商品粮生产的基本特征、近年粮食生产向单一化和区域化生产发展新趋势,以及粮食生产出现的新问题.指出实现粮食生产能力不断提高的关键是不断增加种粮农民经济收入.提出了在保持粮食生产能力不断提高前提下,增加种粮农民经济收入的具体新对策.图1,表1,参10.

| Abstract: | This article analyzed the basic characteristics,simplification and the regionaalizing tendency and the new problems grain production in recent years in Heilongjiang Province, It pointed out that the key part of increasing grain productivity is to enlarge income of farming peasants. New countermeasures were put forward for increasing cash hacome of farming peasants on the basis of maintaning grain productivity continually. |
