| Abstract: | The paper gave a comprehensive demonstration over the current status of rice production, processing and cost-and-benefit in Anhui Province, following the competitiveness on both the international and national markets was analyzed. Meanwhile, factors affecting the market competitiveness of Anhui rice industry were discussed. On the basis of the above ease study, strategies of enhancing the competitiveness of Anhui rice industry were further proposed. |
