泾河流域生态农业建设与可持续发展研究

摘    要:在对泾河流域农业生态环境现状分析研究的基础上,形,重点支流为骨架,小流域为单元,统一规划,综合治理。提出以植被的恢复建设为突破口,以马莲河等较大河流为外依据川塬旱作农业优势,提高土地生产力,发展高效优质的旱作农业体系;以恢复农业生态系统的良性循环为核心,通过退耕还林还草和农业生产结构的调整,带动土地利用结构的调整与优化;以加快区域经济开发为目标,大力发展新兴特色替代性产业,实现生态环境改善与经济协调发展。参10。

Abstract:Based on the research on the eco-agriculture environment characters in Jinghe watershed, a strategy of focusing on vegetation rebuilding, integrating the big rivers and the branch rivers, and taking the little watershed as the unit to comprehensive control was proposed. According to the advantage of arid fanning in the loess tableland and stream plain, efforts should be given to improve the land productivity and develop the efficient arid farming system. Taking the well-ordered circulation of restoring agriculture ecosystem as the critical problem, the adjustment on land use structure can be made through conversion of cropland to forest and grassland and restructuring on agriculture production structure. In order to accelerate the regional economic development, new feature alternative industries should be reinforced, and the harmonized eco-environment improvement and economic development should be promoted.
