摘    要:复杂适应系统理论是现代系统科学的一个新的研究方向,已经在国内外水土资源优化配置中得到了应用并取得了成果。论述了复杂适应系统理论的基本概念、核心思想以及近年来该理论在国内外水土资源优化配置应用的研究现状,分析了理论在应用过程中存在的问题,强调指出了目前的研究中对单项的水、土资源优化配置研究较多,把二者结合起来的较少。最后对复杂适应系统理论在水土资源优化配置中的应用前景进行了展望。参38。

Abstract:Complex Adaptive System(CAS)theory is one of the newest developments in the System Science area.This theory has been used in the allocation of water and soil resources at home and abroad and obtained some achievements.In this paper.the theory's basic concept,core idea,and the application progress were discussed in water and soil resources allocation both in China and abroad.Furthermore,it was concluded that there were still some problems while it Was employed in this field.It is suggested that most of the researches centered on the single resource,but did not interrogated the water and soil resources together.Finally,the future application of the CAS theory on water and soil resources allocation was proposed.
