| Abstract: | The forest classification management was analysed, the necessity of the compensation for ecological benefits for forest was explained.The authors put forward the compensation mechanism standards which including forest rational classification, forest ecological asset evaluation, the management cost of forest ecological health, the border of forest ecological compensation system.Meantime, the authors put forward forest ecological insurance which assure the restoration and reconstruction for forest after forest disaster. |
