| 摘 要： | 为了研究系统综合评价问题 ,将其分为系统评价指标的选择、单项指标的评价、多项指标的综合评价 (信息合成 )和评价准则的选择 ,这四个子问题是非常必要的 .对第二个子问题 ,给出了一种属性测度函数的确定方法 ,从而合理地描述了一类非确定性单项指标评价问题 ;对第四个子问题 ,采用置信度准则 ,并将上述二方法有效地应用于城市交通规划领域中的系统综合评价问题 ;第三个子问题有待于我们进一步深入研究 .
