| 摘 要： | 在分析了环境费用的概念及估价方法后 ,针对环境费用较难以估量的问题 ,提出了综合环境费用的概念 ,并在投入占用产出的框架内 ,给出了三种计算方法 .在综合环境费用的基础上 ,给出了衡量环境破坏程度的相对指标 -环境破坏度的概念 ,并对其计算方法进行了研究 .

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of environment fee, this paper puts forward the concept of comprehensive environment fee (CEF). By using the theory of input-occupancy-output analysis, through considering different kinds of data condition, this paper gives three calculating methods of CEF. On the basis of comprehensive environment fee research, extent of destruction to environment——a relative index to evaluate environment destruction, is also presented. |
