| 摘 要： | 应用粗集理论对影响企业技术创新能力的指标进行约简后,提取影响企业创新能力的主要指标,然后应用未确知测度模型进行综合评价.最后,用某市企业的具体实例,得出该城市企业技术创新能力的整体水平,以证明方法的有效性.

| Abstract: | In market economy,enterprises' technical innovation ability has become very important factor of enterprises' continuous development and competition.In this paper,the indexes of affecting enterprises' technical innovation are reduced with rough set theory and main factors are obtained.Then the unascertained measure model is used to get the synthetic judgment.At last,one certain city's enterprises as a specific example are given to get the total level of this city and prove the method's validity. |
