企业中流程知识的表示及获取方法

文中把一项业务的活动以及活动之间的关系体系称为业务的流程知识，应用系统科学的方法对流程知识进行分析。用“多因素流程图”和“多层次文本”相结合来表示流程知识。针对流程知识的特点，给出了获取方法。

A Method of Process Knowledge Representation and Acquisition in Corporation

As viewed from a corporation, each work is thought to be a dynamic process which is composed of some actions. In this paper, we define the actions in the business process and the relationships between them as the process knowledge (PK) of the business process. PK is researched with the methods of systems engineering. PK is represented together with multi-factor flow chart (MFFC) and multi-level document (MLD). The procedure for acquiring PK is also presented in the proposed method based on the characteristics of PK.
