摘    要:在对各种突发事故进行了分类基础上,提出基于事件和周期混合驱动的设计任务动态协调策略,并给出其详细处理流程;然后,以最小拖期惩罚和最小化最大完成时间为目标函数,构建考虑突发事故的产品协同设计任务协调效率模型,并采用任务设计序列和主体相融合的双层编码策略,设计了模型的自适应多目标算法求解流程;最后,以某型号手机的协同设计为例,对各突发事故相互间关系及其给产品协同设计效率造成的影响程度进行了分析.

Abstract:On the base of all sorts of unforeseen incidents classified, we proposed design task dynamic coordination strategy based on events and cycle of hybrid driven, and gave the detailed process. Then, with the minimum delay punishment and adjusting to minimize the maximum completion time for target function, product collaborative design task coordination efficiency model considered incidents is constructed, and the double coding strategy combined the task design sequence and subject is applied to design adaptive multiple target algorithm process. Finally, taking a certain type of cell phone collaborative design as an example, the relationship of the incidents between each other and their influence degree on the efficiency of product collaborative design are analyzed.
