| 摘 要： | 交通项目投资决策是区域经济系统的一类重要决策问题。社会经济效益是交通投资决策的主要依据。本文运用社会经济发动机理论,提出了交通投资区域综合效益的概念和分析模型。依据交通与区域经济增长之间的内在联系,给出用区域经济潜能作为交通投资区域经济影响的一种测度方法,分析了扩散系数与经济潜能的关系,并据此建立了交通投资决策的一般原则。本文最后探讨了交通投资区域经济效益的变动规律。

| Abstract: | Trattic investment project is a decision-making problem of im-portance in regional economic system, of which social-economic benefit is the main criteria. Applying the theory of social-economic engine,this paper putsL forward the conception and analytic model of regional comprehensive benefit of traffic investment,gives regional economic potential as a means measuring regional imipact of the investment,analyses the reatinn between spreading coefficient and economic potential,sets up the general principle for traffic investment decision. At last,the paper discusses the basic evolving rules of regional economic benefit. |
