供应链多产品产供销风险协调模型

基于条件风险值(简称CVaR)模型,研究了在单周期下供应链多产品产供销一体化模式的多产品产供销风险协调模型.首先,运用CVaR模型建立了供应链中销售商、生产和供应商的多产品产供销一体化风险协调模型.然后, 从供应链的终端市场需求出发,分别建立了零售商的订购风险决策线性规划模型、生产商的生产风险决策线性规划模型和供应商的供应风险决策线性规划模型,由此得到了多产品产供销一体化的风险协调线性规划模型. 最后,模型的数值实验结果表明所建模型得到的协调策略可以有效的减少供应链企业的经营风险和市场风险;同时,对模型的灵敏度分析表明可以通过控制供应链的成本结构、价格和资金等指标的变化来减少供应链风险.
