| 摘 要： | 本文分析和研究了高层重要决策的主要阶段, 认识透镜、形式描述等问题, 建立了一个决策支持中心的框架, 为建立高层重要决策部位的DSS提供了构造基础, 最后, 简要介绍了辽宁省省级决策支持系统。
