智力资本对企业绩效的影响:基于面板数据模型的分析

采用面板数据模型和平均模型相结合的方法,利用上市公司2002-2007年面板数据实证研究竞争性行业和非竞争行业企业的主要资源(人力资本、物质资本、结构资本)与企业绩效(盈利能力、运营效率、企业价值)的关系.结果发现:无论是竞争性还是非竞争行业,在盈利能力上,物质资本和人力资本对其有显著正向作用;但运营效率上,物质资本对其有显著积极作用,而人力资本有显著负面影响;企业价值上,物质资本对其有显著负面影响,而人力资本却有显著正向作用.结构资本对企业绩效的作用表现为在竞争行业中为正,而在非竞争行业中为负,但统计上不十分显著.分析结果表明:当前我国上市公司在资源利用上主要依赖于物质资本,而对人力资本的利用不够充分.

Impact of intellectual capital on enterprise performance:Analysis based on panel data model
