摘    要:描述了B类人因事件的定义和分类,建立了B类人因事件分析基本程序和方法,该方法已在国内某核电厂最近的HRA分析中得到应用.文中还对1993-2002年WANO940件运行事件和国内某核电厂运行事件进行了B类人因事件统计分析和发生原因分析,并据此提出了预防和减少B类人因事件的措施.

Abstract:Human reliability analysis (HRA) has become a necessary part of probability safety analysis (PSA). Analysis for human error initiating event (category B human error events), as an important part of HRA, were not ever formally reported. This paper expounds the definition and classification of category B human error events. A basic analysis procedure and method , which has been used in the HRA of a nuclear power plant, is established. Category B human error events of WANO 940 operating events and of a domestic nuclear power plant operating events are analyzed statistically and sought for their reasons. On the basis of the above the measures of prevention and reduction of category B human error events are set forth .
