摘    要:针对碳排放交易机制下的物流配送路径问题,引入考虑车辆载重和速度的碳排放度量方法,以TSP为基本参考模型,建立碳排放交易机制下的物流配送路径优化模型. 将该模型与传统的仅考虑经济费用的路径优化模型进行比较,说明碳排放交易机制下的路径安排策略能够有效减少碳排放. 通过数值实验探讨了碳交易、碳价格和碳配额对物流配送路径策略、碳排放量和总成本的影响. 并根据数值实验结果提炼出了一些对物流企业如何控制成本和降低碳排放的配送决策建议.

Abstract:To solve the logistics distribution routing problem under the carbon emission trading mechanism, we introduce a carbon emission calculation method considering the vehicle load and speed. Based on TSP model, a logistics distribution routing model under carbon emission trading mechanism is proposed. It is shown that the routing arrangement under carbon emission trading mechanism is better to reduce carbon emissions over the traditional routing arrangement only considering economic cost. We analytically and numerically examine the impacts of carbon trade, carbon price and carbon cap on routing decisions, carbon emissions, and total cost. We make some interesting observations for logistics companies about how to control cost and reduce carbon emissions from the numerical analytical results.
