| 摘 要： | 以水污染控制中的达标排放检查问题为出发点 ,首先从信息经济学角度 ,用博弈论分析管理者和被管理者在达标排放检查中的行为特点及其关系 ,讨论现有的控制方法 ,并在此基础上以信息为控制焦点 ,对如何核定工业企业水污染物的排放总量作了相应研究.

| Abstract: | Beginning with the problem of water pollutants discharge examination, and from the angle of information economics, the paper analyzes the behavior features of pollutants producers and environmental managers with game theory, discusses existing system control methods, and finally does relevant research on how to estimate water pollution loads of industrial enterprises. |
