立足于敏捷性的观点 ,利用 Rick Dove提出的敏捷性评价指标 ,对动态联盟影响企业敏捷性的机制进行了分析 ,并从技术和管理角度研究了组织结构对于动态联盟敏捷性的影响 ,论证了星型结构作为动态联盟技术组织模式的合理性 ,探讨了敏捷制造的思想对于我国企业的启示和影响.

Dynamic Collaboration and Enterise Agilty

To be competitive in a global market with violent compete and uncertain change by enhance the agility of enterprise is the main theory of agile manufacturing. Dynamic collaboration is recommended to be enterprise's organizational and applying mode of agile manufacturing. Based on the agility measure of Rick Dove, an analysis of how the agility of enterprise is affected by dynamic collaboration is done. The effect of organizational structure to the agility of dynamic collaboration is researched in both aspects of technology and management. The rationality of the adoption of star structure in dynamic collaboration as technology organizational mode is argued. The enlightenment and effect of agile manufacturing to national enterprises is consulted.
