基于随机截尾的数控机床故障分布模型研究

摘    要:针对随机定时截尾试验数据,提出运用故障总时间法确定其故障时间,用Johnson法确定故障时间的顺序号,用近似中位秩确定其经验分布函数.针对故障分布模型不唯一这一特点,本文提出采用图分析和误差面积比指数从定性和定量两方面确定其最优分布模型.最后以某一数控机床的现场试验数据为例,介绍了整个计算过程.该算法利用几何直观,计算简便准确,具有一定的工程应用价值.

Abstract:According to the data of random timing ending test, the failure time is obtained by applying total failure time method in this paper. Through Johnson method, the sequence number of failure time is acquired. The empirical distribution function of failure time is obtained by using method of approximate mesoposition order. The model of failure distribution is not the single one , so the optimum distribution model is determined by applying method of chart analysis and error area ratio. By field test data of a certain type numerical machine, a introduction to the whole course of calculation is given. This arithmetic is simple, accurate and valuable to engineering.
