| 摘 要： | 在路径费用为二次分段函数的假设条件下讨论了确定性均衡解和有信息发布时的随机均衡解存在的充要条件,并对相应条件下交通信息的有效性进行了评价,得到了一系列较为实用的解析性结论,最后给出了若干算例分析。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the necessary and sufficient conditions of User Equilibrium and Logit Equilibrium with traffic information release under the assumption that all the route cost functions are quadratic piecewise analytic.Then the effectiveness of traffic information is discussed and some realistic analytic results are produced.Finally,several examples are given. |
