| 摘 要： | 在界定区域创新能力基础上,构建一套区域创新能力评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对中国31个省级地区进行分析,对比东、中、西部区域创新能力,并将区域创新能力与经济发展水平进行相关分析,并提出相关政策建议.

| Abstract: | In the base of defining regional innovation capacity,the paper sets up an index system of regional innovation capacity.Applying factor analysis for 31 provinces,this paper compares regional innovation capacity of eastern,western and central area of China and analysis the correlation between regional innovation capacity and the level of economic development. |
