| 摘 要： | 采用K SS、CSSW、BC、DEA四种模型估计1998~2008年考虑能源投入的省级时变技术效率,并对估计结果进行比较分析。研究表明:基于不同模型的省级时变技术效率估计和排名存在较大差异,显示出技术效率对模型选择十分敏感;基于四种模型的稳健的分析结果显示,我国省级技术效率总体上呈上升趋势,显示我国地区间的经济增长差距趋于缩小;相比较不考虑能源投入的情形,考虑能源投入的省级技术效率估计结果能够更加客观准确地反映各省经济增长的质量。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes China's provincial technical efficiency with KSS,CSSW,BC,and DEA approaches.The empirical study results are as follows.
