| 摘 要： | 改进的理想解法是一种新的多指标决策方法，但在评价各可行方案判据的问题上，却没有沿袭理想解法(双基点法)的基本思想。本文将以靠近理想解和运离负理想解两个基准，来完善改进的TOPSIS方法。

| Abstract: | The modified TOPSIS is a new multi criteria approach that has not followed chief theory of ideal solution (TOPSIS) on the evaluation of each feasible scheme. This paper will ameliorate ideal solution which is modified on the criterion not only close to ideal point but also far from negative ideal point. |
