摘    要:研究SCOOT系统和SCATS系统性能优缺点,根据我国城市道路网系统的结构特点,设计了一种基于闭合环路的自适应区域控制系统.该系统以路网中的闭合环路作为控制子区,应用信号参数优化模型计算参数组合,对不同闭合环路进行协调控制形成预选方案,通过系统设定的面控率进行判断、选择,确定最终信号控制方案.通过实例验算结果表明本文设计的控制系统能有效的减少区域交通车辆总延误、减少停车次数,起到调节交通流、缓解交通拥堵、提高道路利用率的作用.

Abstract:This article in studies on the SCOOT and SCATS system's merits and demerits,according to our urban road network system's characteristics,has designed one system based on the closed ring circuit auto-adapted region transportation coordination control.This system controls the sub-area by road network in closed ring circuit achievement,searches a bunching parameter combination using the signal parameter optimization model,carries on the coordination control to the different closed ring circuits to form chooses in advance the plan,and on the judgment,the choice through system hypothesis surface controlling rate,thus determines the final signal control plan.The result indicated this control system can reduce region transportation vehicles' delay and stops,plays the role to accommodate the traffic flows,alleviate traffic jam,raise transport facilities.
