民营经济与区域经济发展的实证分析

实证分析民营经济对东、中、西部三大区域经济发展的影响，并就1992年前后民营经济对三大区域经济发展的影响是否不同进行了结构性诊断检验，结果显示1992年前民营经济对三大区域经济发展的影响尚未表现出明显的非平衡性，而从1992年以后民营经济对三大区域经济发展影响的不平衡性则完全凸现出来，民营经济对东部经济发展的促进作用远远高于中西部。

An Empirial Analysis on Development of Civil and Rigional Economies

Based on the Panel data which including 29 provinces of China from 1982 to 2001, this paper makes an empirical analysis about the effect of the civil economy to the East, the Mid and the West, and makes a structural examination about the effect. The conclusion is that before 1992, the divergence of effect among three different regions made by the civil (economy) is very little, but after 1992, the unbalance effect show a powerful influence. The effect to the East stands highly over what it does to the Mid and West.
