| 摘 要： | 以M TO制造企业为研究对象,分析服务水平高低对制造商定价和交货期决策的影响。分别建立不考虑和考虑服务水平约束时定价和交货期联合决策模型,以最大化期望收益为目标,得到制造商的最优定价、最优承诺交货期和最大期望收益。并且通过分析可知,服务水平高低对最优决策的影响是分段的;其中对最优价格的分段影响,还与持有成本以及价格和交货期敏感系数的大小有关;并且当服务水平等于不考虑服务水平约束下最优承诺交货期的概率分布值时,期望收益达到最大。
