| 摘 要： | 分析传统制造资源选择与评价方法所存在问题的基础上，提出了大规模定制环境下协同生产制造资源的评价指标体系，通过建立资源选择的模糊评价矩阵，提出并利用共轭梯度法优化小波网络参数，有效地避免了传统制造资源选择方法的不足。最后结合案例，对制造资源选择做出了较为客观的评价。该方法对大规模定制企业制造资源的选择具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | This paper at first analyzed the problem of traditional manufacturing resources decision and evaluation method,then put forward manufacturing resources evaluation index in mass customization synergic production,and then proposed a new manufacturing resources decision method,using conjugate grades algorithm as Wavelet neural network's training method,where the data derived from a fuzzy appraisal matrix is processed.At last this method was used in a case,and the evaluation was comparatively objective.This method was meaningful to the manufacturing resources decision in mass customization enterprises. |
