摘    要:提出一种整合的工厂选址研究方法,在工厂选址的同时确定所选取工厂的生产规模.改变过去单一不变的成本项,该研究假设随着工厂生产规模扩大,固定建设成本投入增加,单位生产成本减少.建立了消费者需求不确定状态下的两阶段随机规划模型.为了求解这一NP困难问题,设计了Benders分解算法并且用Matlab 7.0编程对所提出的算法进行检验.用随机产生的一组数据进行实验,计算结果显示所提供的算法是有效的.

Abstract:In this paper, we present an integrated approach for simultaneous optimization of facility location and its size decision with uncertain demand. We extend constant fixed costs and productions costs per unit to depend on the size of selected facilities. We propose a two-stage stochastic programming model with uncertain demand. In addition, we design a modified Benders decomposition algorithms solution procedure and implement it in matlah 7.0. We report on a set of experiments, and conclude that the computational performance of the proposed algorithm is quite satisfactory.
