| 摘 要： | 内在效率是指农村信用社改革对其内部经营、运行效率的影响,反映了合作组织自身生存与发展目标的实现程度.本文以H省28个样本县农村信用社改革的内在效率进行实证分析,结果表明新一轮改革是具有效率的,且改革模式和农信社的地区分布对改革效率的影响较大.

| Abstract: | Inherent efficiency is the influence of reform in rural credit cooperatives on its internal operation and running efficiency,reflecting the degree of attaining the good of cooperatives' self-existing and developing.This paper essay carries out an empirical research on the data of 28 counties of H province.The finding is that the new-round reform is efficient and that reform pattern and region distribution area of Rural Credit Cooperatives has a very large effect to reform efficiency. |
