| 摘 要： | 从组织生态学的视角, 通过对企业技术生态位和技术能力演化轨迹及演化机理的研究,并以近年来广东纺织服装业调查数据为依据,具体研究了技术生态位与技术能力演化的关系.研究结果表明,企业技术生态位与技术能力演化之间具有显著正相关关系,研究还发现技术生态位的各要素在技术能力不同的演化阶段其影响作用不同.
