摘    要:稻瘟病被称为水稻"癌症",严重危害水稻的产量和品质,应用广谱持久抗稻瘟病基因是抵御稻瘟病侵害最有效的方法之一。利用全基因组关联分析(genome-wide association study,GWAS)结合重组自交系遗传群体共相关分析,从广谱持久高抗稻瘟病水稻材料"地谷"中鉴定并获得了一个广谱抗病遗传位点bsr-d1。bsr-d1通过调控过氧化氢酶基因的表达调节H_2O_2的积累,从而影响水稻的稻瘟病抗性。bsr-d1提高稻瘟病抗性的同时,对水稻产量和品质影响不明显,因此在水稻抗病育种中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Blast, called “rice cancer”, is one of the severe diseases and seriously affects the yields and quality of rice. Genetic improvement using broad-spectrum resistance genes is one of the most effective methods to control rice blast. Using a strategy combined with genome-wide association study (GWAS) and correlation analysis of recombinant inbred lines, we identified a novel blast resistance allele, bsr-d1, from rice variety Digu. The bsr-d1 enhances blast resistance by regulating accumulation of H2O2 that relied on the expression of peroxidase genes. This allele, bsr-d1 conferred broad-spectrum resistance against blast without obvious penalty on rice yields or quality. Thus, bsr-d1 offers an alternative strategy for breeding durable resistance in rice.
