聚合物/富勒烯太阳能电池器件最新研究进展

摘    要:聚合物太阳能电池具有质量轻、柔性好、生产成本低和易于实现大面积加工等独特优势. 近年来, 以共轭聚合物作为电子给体, 富勒烯及其衍生物作为电子受体的聚合物/富勒烯太阳能电池受到了研究人员的广泛关注, 成为光伏研究领域中的热点之一. 紧扣聚合物/富勒烯光伏体系中的光吸收、激子扩散和解离以及自由载流子输运和抽取等关键科学问题, 从器件结构优化、形貌控制和界面修饰等不同侧面介绍了提高聚合物/富勒烯太阳能电池性能的方法, 讨论了相关机理, 最后对其未来的发展做出了展望.

Abstract:Polymer solar cells bear the advantages of lightweight, mechanical flexibility, cost effectiveness and ease of large-area processing. More recently, polymer/fullerene solar cells based on conjugated polymers as the donor and fullerene or its derivatives as the acceptor have been a subject of much interest. Focusing on the key issues about the light absorption, excitons diffusion and dissociation, free carriers transport and extraction of polymer photovoltaic systems, we review some methods of improving the performance of polymer/fullerene solar cells from the aspects of device structure optimization, morphology control and interface modification et al. Further more, some mechanisms are also discussed. In the end, we propose some perspectives in the future study.
