| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨羊膜腔穿刺术在产前诊断中的应用指征及安全性。方法:对因各种原因进行产前诊断的孕妇进行羊膜腔穿刺术。结果:穿刺成功率100%,共检出染色体异常9例。结论:超声引导下羊膜腔穿刺术简易安全,易于患者理解和接受,是介入性产前诊断的主要方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the amniocentesis in prenatal diagnosis indications and safety.Methods:for various reasons,pregnant women for prenatal diagnosis of amniocentesis.Results:The success rate is 100%,chromosomal abnormalities were found in 9 cases.Conclusion:ultra-sound-guided amniocentesis that is simple and secure,easy to understand and accept for patients,is involved in prenatal diagnosis of the main methods. |
