胎儿窘迫的处理及护理

胎儿窘迫是指宫内有缺氧征象而危及胎儿健康和生命的一种综合症状,主要发生在临产过程,也可发生在妊娠后期。缺氧时胎儿全身组织,尤其对中枢神经系统及心血管系统危害最大,是围产儿死亡、新生儿窒息、缺氧缺血性疾病的主要原因1]。因此,积极预防,及时诊治、护理胎儿窘迫对减少围产儿死亡、改善预后、优生优育有重要意义。
