| 摘 要： | 文章通过文献资料法，根据学校体育教学与学生个性发展的关系，提出在学校体育教学中提倡发展学生个性，是提高体育教学质量的重要方面。因此，要进行教学改革，不断地发展学生的个性形成，有利于更好地开展学校体育工作。

| Abstract: | Based on the literature research the paper points out that developing students＇ personalities in PE plays an important part in increasing physical teaching quality in accordance to the relationship between PE and the development of students＇ personalities. There-fore, it is concluded that the reforms of the physical teaching and the promotion of the development of students＇ personalities are helpful to the further physical education. |
