摘    要:由于目前风电并网比较困难,风电的发展受到极大的制约,其主要原因是风电的供电质量波动性非常大,其电压和频率很难满足电力系统的可靠性要求。基于氢能可以设计一种功率补偿系统,而通过功率补偿系统调节后,可以大大提高风电的稳定性,从而使风电的电能质量达到并网要求,以实现风电并网发电。
