| 摘 要： | 改善水库调度,补偿或缓解下游河流生态和环境的负面影响是我国构建人与河流和谐发展的重要研究内容。本文主要从水电工程对河流生态环境的不利影响、水电厂水库优化调度的目标和原则、水电厂水库优化调度运行这3个方面进行阐述。
